General Terms
This charity store and online auction at www.auction.soulofukraine.foundation is organized by The Soul of Ukraine Foundation, Inc., the U.S. arm of The Soul of Ukraine International Charitable Foundation.
Excerpt from Florida Statutes (including Special Session A of 2022 and Special Session B of 2023):
Title XXXII – Regulation of Professions and Occupations
468.383 – Exemptions
This act shall not apply to the following:
(3) Auctions conducted by or for a charitable, civic, or religious organization by a person who receives no compensation.
Bidders must register on the auction website to participate.
All items are sold “as is.” All sales are final, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
The highest bidder for a particular item will be notified via email and sent an invoice for payment. Payment must be made within five business days. Acceptable payment methods include check and other notified methods.
Purchased artwork will be shipped to the buyer’s address upon receipt of payment. See Shipping for details.
A tax-deductible receipt will be emailed to the buyer.
If the invoice is not paid within the specified time, the item may be re-auctioned.
Auctions are held both online and live at various locations. The time of the auction is set at the discretion of the organizers. The organizers reserve the right to close the auction of any lot at any bid. Live auctions can be lengthy, determined by the schedule in different cities.
Pricing Policy
The auction organizer reserves the right to modify the estimated value of the lot without prior notification. However, once a bid has been placed on a lot, the estimated value cannot be increased.
Purposes of the Funds Received
Proceeds from this auction will be used by the Mother Teresa International Rehabilitation Center in Albania for Ukrainian children who have lost limbs due to the war. The Rehabilitation Center mentioned above is operated by an American charity The Soul of Ukraine Foundation, Inc., based in Florida.
