This charitable online auction at www.auction.soulofukraine.foundation is organized by The Soul of Ukraine Foundation, Inc., a US Division of the Soul of Ukraine International Charitable Foundation.

(3) Auctions conducted by a charitable, civic, or religious organization, or for such organization by a person who receives no compensation.

Participants must register on our auction website to participate.

All items are sold “as is.” All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

The auction participant who has made the highest bid for a particular lot will be sent a notification and an invoice for payment by email. Payment of this invoice must be made within five working days. Payment can be made by check or by other means, as the buyer will be notified by email.

A tax-deductible receipt will be sent to the buyer by e-mail.

If the invoice is not paid within the specified time, the lot may be re-auctioned.

Auctions are held online and live in different locations. The time of the auction is set by the organizers arbitrarily. The organizers reserve the right to close the auction of any lot at any rate. At the same time, a live auction can take a long time, which is determined by the schedule of exhibitions of children’s drawings in various cities.
